A life spent reading
what lies beneath.
I was born in Italy and now live on Ireland’s Atlantic coast, in a landscape I once carried as a dream and now call home.
Living here clarified something essential in the way I read both places and lives. Landscape, weather and architecture are reduced to first principles: structure, simplicity, atmosphere, proportion, shelter. They reveal what can endure, what can be stripped away, and what makes a space truly inhabitable. In time, this became inseparable from the work now known as Inner Reality Design™: the understanding that what we create outwardly is inseparable from identity, assumption, inner standards, and the state of being from which a life is lived.
My first professional language was the written word. In the world of publishing, where I worked as Editor-in-Chief at a renowned Italian publishing house, and later in private editorial and technical translation work for international companies, I learned to recognise structure, precision and the quiet laws by which meaning holds. I learned to read what lies beneath expression: the architecture beneath language, the assumptions beneath form, the relationship between what is visible and what gives it coherence.
That same attention eventually turned toward inner reality: identity, imagination, desire, resonance, lived standards, and the ways consciousness shapes experience.
The most decisive evidence came in lived form. A different relationship with my body, my life on the Emerald Isle, a vocation that became unmistakable, the creation of Inner Reality Design™, and the present work itself were each realities first inhabited inwardly before they could be fully occupied in life. This is also what I continue to witness in the people I work with: realities becoming increasingly inhabitable as identity, imagination, standards and inner state begin to move in the same direction as the Vision.
