Most of the people I work with come to me through personal recommendation, and I have always cherished this way of finding one another. One life touches another, a name is passed on, a story is shared. We arrive already connected by a person, a sensibility or a fragment of lived experience.
Over time, this creates something I find deeply beautiful: a small world within the wider one, shaped by intersecting lives and by the trust that travels between them.
